I began creating these hand painted pebbles to support some of my clients between our sessions. They offer a gentle way to stay grounded and check in with your thoughts and feelings. Before long, I realize that anyone can benefit from a little “visual anchor” for their mental well-being, or a thoughtful gift for your loved ones.

Each pebble is designed around themes we explore in therapy, like building resilience, setting healthy boundaries, or finding a fresh perspective. Because they are natural stones, every one is unique in its shape and character. Keeping the finish more natural, they are intended to be a quiet, beautiful presence on your desk, bedside table or anything in between. A small piece of art that helps you stay connected to yourself anytime you see it.

For Grounding And Calming

We all experience anxiety from time to time. When our brains detect potential threats, we are flooded with stress hormones that quicken our heartbeats, make us sweat and can give us digestive problems.  Our brain’s prefrontal cortex (which helps with thinking and decision-making) may struggle to keep up, making us feel out of control. This can lead us into a “survival mode” loop, even if the threat started with just a worry or a fear

Understanding this cycle can help us recognise why we feel and react this way. Tools like deep breathing, grounding, or mindfulness can help calm the brain and body.

That’s where these Therapy Pebbles come in.

These pebbles are designed to be a visual cue to help break that cycle. By placing one somewhere you’ll see it often, like by your computer or on a windowsill, it acts as a gentle nudge and something you can focus on to pause, breathe, and recenter yourself. It’s part of nature, with meaningful therapy focused art, brought indoors to remind you that you’re grounded, even when things feel a bit chaotic.

For Reflection And Growth

Making some time to think about our feelings helps us make sense of our experiences, beliefs and actions. Reflection encourages self-growth and self-awareness, helping us with our choices and learning to avoid repeating mistakes. This can increase our sense of purpose, self-esteem, and promote healthier relationships and habits.

I like to think of these stones as quiet prompts for your morning coffee or a journaling session. You might choose a specific stone that represents a goal you’re working on, or simply let it sit nearby as a reminder to be kind to yourself. They aren’t just decorations; they’re small invitations to slow down and listen to what’s going on inside.

Eco-Conscious Packaging: Your Pebble is nestled in paper confetti and secured in a cardboard box with paper tape to keep it snugged up until it finds a new home with you.
