I offer online, person-centered therapy to help staff manage stress, burnout, and workplace challenges in a way that feels personal, not corporate. Sessions provide a confidential, supportive space where employees can talk openly, gain clarity, and build resilience—leading to a healthier, happier workforce.
How it Works
I aim to keep things simple and flexible, while making sure each person gets the support they need — safely, professionally, and with care.
If you recognise that someone in your team would benefit from therapy, the process is straightforward:
You confirm you’d like to go ahead and raise and share a purchase order for the therapy package of your choice.
I’ll then contact the staff member directly with a Welcome Pack and arrange their first session.
Once everything’s in place, I raise the invoice, and we begin. Sessions are held at a pace that suits the individual — weekly, fortnightly, or as needed.
All sessions take place online via secure video call and can be arranged during work hours or in the evening.

I’m an accredited member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), fully insured, and committed to working ethically and transparently at all times.
I also receive regular professional supervision and follow strict GDPR standards to ensure confidentiality and data protection. My approach to online therapy is grounded in specialist training in remote and digital practice, so clients can feel confident they’re in safe hands.
To protect the therapeutic relationship, I don’t share feedback with workplaces, just an update on how many sessions we have had. Therapy works best when people feel safe to speak freely, knowing their privacy is fully respected.
