Online Therapy & Counselling Across the UK

Your space to be heard

Supporting the people behind your organisation

Work can be a source of fulfilment, but it can also be affected by stress, burnout, relationships, life changes and everything happening outside the workplace.

I offer confidential, one-to-one online therapy for employees, providing a space to talk openly about whatever they’re experiencing – without the corporate feel of a large wellbeing programme.

My approach is person-centred, flexible and human. Rather than following a set programme, I work with each person to understand what is happening for them and what support would be most helpful.

Alongside my private practice, I provide wellbeing support for staff within various academy settings and numerous Employee Assistance Programmes (EAPs). Since establishing my private practice in 2019, I have delivered over 2,000 client hours and have specialised in online counselling since 2020.

How it works

I aim to keep things simple and flexible, while making sure each person receives support safely, professionally and with care.

If you’d like to offer therapy to someone in your team, the process is straightforward:

  1. You confirm you’d like to go ahead and raise and share a purchase order for the therapy package you’ve chosen.
  2. I contact the employee directly with a Welcome Pack and arrange their first session.
  3. Once everything is in place, I raise the invoice and we begin.

Sessions take place online via secure video call or phone and can be arranged during working hours or in the evening. We can agree a pace that suits the individual, weekly, fortnightly or with more flexibility where appropriate.

Support for a range of workplace and personal challenges

I have experience supporting people with a broad range of issues that can affect both wellbeing and working life, including:

  • workplace stress and burnout
  • anxiety and feeling overwhelmed
  • workplace conflict and organisational change
  • work-life balance
  • relationship difficulties
  • life transitions and significant changes
  • low self-esteem and self-criticism
  • identity, belonging and neurodivergence

Sometimes the difficulty is directly connected to work. Sometimes what’s happening outside work is affecting how someone feels during the working day. Often, it’s a mixture of both.

Therapy provides a confidential space to step back, make sense of what’s happening and explore what might help.

Confidential, safe and professional

I’m a BACP Accredited counsellor, fully insured and committed to working ethically and professionally.

I receive regular clinical supervision and have specialist training in online and digital therapy. My practice is supported by robust safeguarding procedures and ongoing professional development.

Confidentiality is at the heart of the work. The employee’s privacy is respected throughout their therapy. I don’t share what is discussed in sessions with their workplace.

The organisation can be given an update on the number of sessions used, where this has been agreed, but not the content of the therapy.

This distinction is important. Employees need to know that they can speak honestly and openly without worrying about what they say being reported back to their employer.

A flexible alternative to a one-size-fits-all approach

Workplace wellbeing doesn’t look the same for everyone.

There may be times when someone needs support with stress or burnout. Someone else might be navigating a difficult relationship, a major life change, questions around identity, or simply feeling overwhelmed.

One-to-one therapy allows people to explore what is happening for them at their own pace, with support that is tailored to the individual rather than a standard programme.

There’s no long-term programme to commit to and no expectation that everyone will need the same thing. Just accessible, compassionate support that meets people where they are.
